Chrome - Documents not loading properly in viewer

When documents are not loading properly in the viewer, you may need to clear your Chrome cache.

  1. Open Chrome and press (CTRL+h): this will bring up the Browser History window.

  2. In the left menu choose Clear browsing data, the Clear browsing data window appears.

  3. In the Clear browsing data window:

    • Select Time Range: All Time.

    • Select Cached images and files.

  4. Select Clear Data to complete the process.

  5. Close and Re-open your Chrome browser window.
